• Check and clean filters
• Check and clean evaporator coil
• Check the fan motor & condition of barrel fan
• Check and clean condenser coil
• Check on & off coil temperatures
• Check and clean drain pan and flush through drain
• 7Check operation of reverse valve where applicable
• 8.Check for any refrigerant leaks
• 9.Check the refrigerant pressure
• 10.Check thermostat and switches

The operation of the equipment is inspected on completion of the service and any irregularities are reported. Please note that repairs or refrigerant (gas) top-ups are not included in the scope of standard servicing.
